Rationale and Purpose of the Module:
This module aims to facilitate writing their M Ed thesis. Students will analyse, write and rewritre thesis drafts to completion.
Syllabus:
The module content focuses on students' thesis writing focused on analysis and writing the final thesis drafts.

• Utilise critical thinking in the interpretation and written representation of their thesis
• Integrate relevant literature and research to support their thesis
• Understand the stages/phases of the writing process as a key feature of inquiry and research

• Appreciate the inquiry/research writing process within the context of their professional practice
• Appreciate the writing process within the context of a taught masters programme in education
• Appreciate and adopt a critical stance toward the existing research literature in education
