Rationale and Purpose of the Module:
The purpose of this module is to build upon the learning, writing and research experiences of students in modules undertaken in the autumn semester, to identify a subject research area and actively engage with primary sources, to critically assess these sources, to identify where each student's research topic would best augment the existing literature, and to guide each student toward the completion of a 20,000 word dissertation.
Syllabus:
The student will develop and produce a dissertation.
