Rationale and Purpose of the Module:
Students write a dissertation of 12,000 รป 15,000 words in a relevant area.
Learning Outcomes:
Cognitive (Knowledge, Understanding, Application, Analysis, Evaluation, Synthesis)
Students should be able to apply their knowledge and understanding from the study of ELT and applied linguistics to produce an MA dissertation
Affective (Attitudes and Values)
Students should be able to critically apply theoretical and practical knowledge in a way that shows a full appreciation of the issues, including ethical, surrounding the collection and interpretation of primary data during the production of an MA disserta
Psychomotor (Physical Skills)
Students should be able to apply the technical research skills applied during the course of the year for the production of an MA dissertation
